If you’re having display issues, try completely uninstalling the old drivers before replacing them with new ones

It’s easy enough to download new driver updates and install them, but practically everyone experiences a problem with the process at one point or another in which the installation becomes corrupted. If this happens, download fresh drivers and put the setup file directly into your primary hard drive (this will make it easier to find later). Uninstall your old drivers and restart your computer. Next, install the new drivers with factory settings. Then, reboot your computer once more to ensure the new drive settings take full effect.
