Total Defense Unlimited Achieves Unprecedented 88% Customer Satisfaction Rating
REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Total Defense, Inc., the leading provider of solutions to combat the growing threat of cybercrime today announced record customer satisfaction results for its newest product - Total Defense Unlimited. An independent June, 2012 customer satisfaction survey queried customers in five different categories including product quality, technical support satisfaction, overall experience, plan to renew and plan to recommend. The survey was carried out by the prestigious independent research firm The NPD Group. The current customer satisfaction rating of 88 percent demonstrates the company’s enormous commitment to quality and customer service.
