Total Defense Claims Highest Overall Customer Satisfaction Rating in the Industry
REDWOOD SHORES, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Total Defense, Inc., the leading provider of solutions to combat the growing threat of cybercrime today announced record customer satisfaction results for its newest product – Total Defense Unlimited. The survey, which focused on Overall Customer Satisfaction, was carried out in June 2012 by The NPD Group, a leading independent research firm. The current rating of 88 percent demonstrates the company’s enormous commitment to quality and customer service.
