Promotion Details:
This is an exclusive offer for Total Defense partners. All sales representatives employed at a reseller or distributor of Total Defense, who prior to July 1, 2013, register and close deals in Deal Registration for Total Defense for Business that total:
i. at least $5,000- will be entitled to receive 2 tickets to a regular season NBA basketball game;
ii. at least $50,000- will be entitled to receive 2 tickets to an NBA Playoff game or 2 tickets to an NCAA Sweet Sixteen game; and
iii. at least $75,000- will be entitled to receive 2 tickets to an NBA Finals game or 2 tickets to an NCAA Final Four game.
Total Defense will use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain tickets to the regular season, playoffs and final NBA/NCAA basketball games selected by the sales representative but shall have no liability for its failure to obtain such tickets. By participating in this promotion, each sales representative acknowledges that his or her participation in this promotion does not in any way violate the policies of their employer.
