CURRENTLY AVAILABLE POSITIONS
CONSUMER RETAIL CHANNEL ACCOUNT MANAGER (CAM)
COMPENSATION: $100K Base, $100K Commission (eligible for equity in company)
LOCATION: Hauppauge, NY
SUMMARY OF POSITION: This position is responsible for the management of consumer retail sales through associates and managers. The CAM will be responsible for achieving business objectives by developing, driving, and expanding sales, revenues and strategic business initiatives and service offerings. CAM will research, understand and articulate the features and benefits represented by all consumer products authorized to be fulfilled through TDI.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet productivity targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis including phone call volume and site visits.
- Meet revenue quota goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, maintain high level of proficiency in forecasting revenue.
- Proactively maintain relationships to enable collaboration and sales growth across the organization.
- Demonstrate the ability to address each unique retailer inquiries, while providing them with the proper information and appropriate solutions based on the opportunity being discussed.
- Increase retailer knowledge of all brands and product lines.
- Serve as a liaison between the retail stores and company to identify and resolve issues, serve as an escalation point for customer issues requiring higher-level attention than Customer Service can provide.
- Provide continuous involvement in day-to-day business development, prospecting, networking, and sales generating activities.
- Solicit new business from retailer, including sales of new products and product lines.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the TD product sales cycle and work to establish a business practice around selling these TD Products.
- Create business practices in the assigned resellers such that they become self-sufficient in representing TD products including:
- Training and certification of the sales staff
- Training and certification of the technical staff, if appropriate
- Allocate marketing spend dollars on the TD product lines in which the reseller represents
- Motivate employees to expand education levels via TD’s online training and class room instruction.
- Develop and maintain positive relationship with Field Channel Sales, Direct Sales and Telesales counterparts.
- Develop and maintain a product proficiency and competency level by attending mandatory training classes and successfully completing required exams.
- Maintain a positive, professional 'total customer service' attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years retail electronics and/or technology experience; Sales experience preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Marketing Research or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in a highly transactional in a fast paced sales environment.
- Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
- Training experience highly preferred.
- Aware of industry trends and new developments in the online market place.
- Good salesmanship.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, and analyze results, ability to conduct ongoing analysis and sales forecasting to ensure revenue objectives are attained.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive attitude towards co-workers and customers.
- Strong time management skills.
- Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

INSIDE SALES TECHNOLOGY/SECURITY SPECIALIST
COMPENSATION: $50K Base, $50K Commission (eligible for equity in company)
LOCATION: Hauppauge, NY
SUMMARY OF POSITION: This position is responsible to support Commercial and/or Enterprise accounts and is responsible for selling Value and/or Volume Products. Work closely with Channel Account Managers, Business Partners, and/or geographical areas to meet goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet metrics goals of 60 calls and 3.5 hours of talk time daily.
- Establish a strong, trust-based working relationship with key partners.
- Create new opportunities for solutions in Enterprise and Partner accounts.
- Drive demand in the territory through focused telephone campaigns, seminars, web casts, and other innovative demand generation activities.
- Manage all stages of the sales cycle: Pipeline management, forecasting, prospecting, sales account management, negotiations and closing.
- Develop a unique follow-up methodology to ensure consistent and ongoing coverage of account or territory assignments based on understanding sales opportunities.
- Maintain and expand sales, solutions, industry, market and competitive knowledge and skills.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the territory, customers, prospects, partners, influencer's, etc.
- Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction within the accounts in the territory.
- Keep selling up-to-date, accurate, detailed, and error-free tools. These tools include but are not limited to, forecasting, account plans, opportunity plans, territory plans, and CRM.
- Maintain a positive, professional 'total customer service' attitude and demonstrate the company's Core Values.
- Coordinate,plan, and schedule sales support functions with Services staff.
- Demonstrate the ability to create and manage conversations at all business and technical levels of a client's organization.
- Provide and interface with Sales for evaluation of lead development and make recommendations as to the proper focus of the specific customer base and territory
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ Years inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue quota goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

OUTBOUND TELEMARKETER
COMPENSATION: $20/hour base salary + commission/month (part-time flexible shifts up to 20 hours per week)
LOCATION: Hauppauge, NY
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Excellent opportunity exists with global technology provider to earn extra money on a part-time basis as a lead generator / telemarketer. If you have great communication skills and a knack for developing rapport with people, we can teach you to generate leads for our sales team. You will contact our business partners (not consumers) to generate quality leads our Security Specialists will work to close. The compensation is $20/hour plus bonuses (commissions are paid when salespeople close a lead you have generated). Our shifts are available from 9:30am-2:00pm and 2:00pm–6:30pm. This is a perfect opportunity for a returnee, college student or a parent with limited availability.
